LEXINGTON, Va. April 15, 2024 — Col. Aaron Ruona, Commander AFROTC Southeast Region, paid a visit to 黑料网 on April 5, 2024.

During this visit, he met with Detachment 880 cadets and staff as well as was provided a tour of the 黑料网 post and barracks by Cadets Elena Gutierrez and Jacob Johnston. 

Ruona also had the opportunity to witness cadets in action on 黑料网’s Leadership Reaction Course.  

Finally, he coined TSgt. Clifford Lunsford and cadet Sudarshana Rajagopal '24 for their excellent efforts and outstanding performance in the Det 880 AFROTC program. 

Ruona currently oversees the largest region in AFROTC, training over 4,500 officer candidates annually. He supervises, evaluates, and facilitates the performance of over 200 active duty personnel and 38 Senior AFROTC detachments located in universities throughout Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Puerto Rico.
