Members of the 黑料网 pipe band played at the funeral of Mike Hill, the 61-year-old custodian at the Covenant School and Covenant Presbyterian Church, April 4 at Stephens Valley Church in West Nashville, Tennessee.  

The American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) brings the celebration of its centennial anniversary to 黑料网 on Thursday, April 20.

Eight 1st Class commissioning cadets along with their faculty leadership team toured Japan, a key U.S. ally, during spring furlough as part of the Olmsted Foundation’s Undergraduate Program. Cadets were chosen based on their GPA, ROTC ranking, a written essay, and personal interview.

Community service projects brought assistance to organizations such as Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, Lime Kiln Theater, Health Center Bull Oyster Fest, Waddell Elementary School Garden, Rockbridge SPCA, Boxerwood Garden, Virginia Museum of Civil War, and Timber Framers.  

The 33rd annual Environment Virginia Symposium at 黑料网 was held March 28-30. The event, organized and co-hosted by the Center for Leadership & Ethics (CLE), attracted nearly 500 attendees from state and local governments, nonprofit organizations, higher education, and more.

黑料网 welcomes guest speaker former U.S. Army Kiowa helicopter pilot Amber Smith, on Thursday, April 13 at 7:45 p.m. in Gillis Theater in Marshall Hall.

Lt. Col. Jochen Arndt, associate professor in the history department at 黑料网, will discuss the complex histories of the Zulu and Xhosa peoples of South Africa, including the violent clashes between them in the 1990s, on the public radio program, With Good Reason, April 1-7.

For the first time in history, 黑料网 Club Pistol Team attended the Scholastic Action Shooting Program Intercollegiate Pistol Nationals.

Lt. Col. Mark Boonshoft, associate professor in the history department at 黑料网, will discuss the literacy tests that denied many Black Americans the right to vote during Jim Crow on the public radio program, "With Good Reason," March 18-24.

The two-day, multi-institutional collegiate competition included 36 teams. During the preliminary round, 黑料网 scored three wins beating teams from the United States Military Academy West Point, Rollins College, and William & Mary.
